How to cook Knorr Golden Salted Egg Pork Ribs/Soft Bones? Simple yet finger-licking good!

Ever wonder what to do with the pork ribs or pork soft bones from your soup? Recently, I discovered a simple method that can turn your boiled pork ribs into an amazing dish using Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder!

Knorr was founded by Carl Heinrich Knorr in 1873, a German, who experimented with drying vegetables and seasonings, to preserve their flavour and nutritional value. Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder is touted to have no MSG, awarded Healthier Choice and made from real eggs.

Ingredients
It is not easy to find Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder. I could not find in my small NTUC or Ang Mo Supermart. Finally, I found the packet in NTUC Finest. I also use Knorr All-In-One Seasoning powder to add taste to my boiled ribs. When I marinated them, I was very surprised to smell an aroma so nice that I wanted to eat it.

Crispy, Juicy and Tender Pork Soft Bone after frying
The pork ribs were very tender because they are the "SOFT BONES" type. Just tell the butcher you want "Ruan Gu".

Ready to serve!
When the sauce was prepared, I tasted it and I thought it was too salty. Amazingly, when I added the pork ribs into the pot with the sauce, it was perfectly balanced. The dish looked very appetising with the golden salted egg sauce that coated every piece of pork rib. It was so delicious that the two of us finished everything.
